When will my order ship?
Your order will ship out within 5 business days. No Shipping on weekend days or Holidays. The shipping time starts once the ordered is processed.
Tracking numbers will be on orders once it is shipped out. Tracking info is sent to the email address you provided. We ship with USPS.
PRIORITY MAIL: Takes 1-3 business days.
PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS: Takes 1-3 business days A.M delivery.
To request a refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorization number.
You may request a refund within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. All refunds will be processed upon receipt of merchandise. We suggest you return merchandise with tracking for your records.
We DO NOT accept refunds on custom merchandise. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
What brands of shirts are used?
Female-Female cut shirts are Bella Canvas unless you request an UNISEX shirt.
Male-Male shirts are Bella Canvas and Gildan
Hoodies/Sweatshirts are Gildan and Jerzee brand.
Can I get a different color shirt or hoodie than what is listed?
Yes, please specify in the notes section when placing your order. We will confirm via email.
Can we do custom orders?
Here at Energized, we will customize any product to meet your requirements. Please email for a personal quote.
